Welcome to Borders Boarding, we are delighted you are considering us for your dog's next home boarding.

We want your dog to have the perfect stay with us and feel as comfortable as possible during his/her stay, so before we book you in, we will need to run some pre-stay questions and collect certain information about you dog/s prior to our first meeting. Some of the information we need to make your dog comfortable and get to know them better, some of it we are required to obtain under law.
 
Please have a read through at your leisure and submit this form to us as soon as possible. Once we get the completed document back along with copies of your dog’s current vaccination records, and we have checked through the details, the next step will then be to arrange a trial day and to meet your dog, that way we can judge if they are going to like it here, and of course get on with us. If they do, hey presto, we can get you booked in and then for all future stays it will just be a case of requesting the dates you need. The day care will be charged at £25 and usually be for four hours between 10am and 4pm on a mutually convenient day.
